Our group recently made a special quilt for one of our members, who is having some treatment at the moment. We wanted her to know that we are all thinking of her, and so members made a heart block which was then made into a quilt for her.
We kept to the soft pink and cream and green colours that we know she likes, and she was quite overcome when we presented the quilt at last weeks meeting.
